Shipping Information...

I'm not a lawyer. I am making this up as I go. So, pay attention.

There are no charges to you if you cancel your order prior to shipment (that's the good news). However, most orders ship within 24 hours and you may not have time to cancel in time (that's the bad news).

If you placed an order for multiple items and one is not in stock, but perhaps on backorder, we will ship the item in stock and ship the remaining item(s) as soon as available. We will not charge your credit card until the last item has shipped.

All prices quoted include handling and boxes and stuff. Everything needed to make sure your order arrives in good condition. Good means simply not broke. Shipping charges will be added to your order automatically. Large items may ship via truck and shipping/handling charges are included in a price. These instances are clearly marked in the description.

All prices quoted are in US Dollars. Sorry, no COD and please, do not send cash.

If you live outside the United States you may have to pay a custom fee on the items you ordered. It is your sole responsibility to pay these fees; they are not included in our shipping charges. Any documentation you may need to import the items into your country are also your responsibility. If your order is returned due to incomplete documentation or non-payment of custom fees, we will charge you a 20% restocking fee, and all the delivery and return charges. The remaining balance will be credited to you.

If you return your order because you just did not like your selection we will charge you a 20%restocking fee, or cancellation fee, or call it what you like. Shipping charges are not refunded. Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Should you decided to return an item, please call us first at 1-877-516-2390 so that we can tell you whether to send it back to us or to the manufacturer. This saves a lot of headaches for you and for us. Items must be returned in the original boxes and unused. otherwise we may not honor the return.

We will credit you for breakage, just call us. However, if we feel you are trying to pull one over on us, we may ask that you return the damaged item to us.

Many of the items you can purchase on our Website are specialty items and not available in department stores. Sometimes the number of items we actually receive vice we ordered might be less. There will be times when we may be out of certain items. Some take longer to backorder than others and many times the time to receive items back in stock is beyond our control. This would be especially true for items that are imported from outside the U.S. We will not substitute, but contact you with a best estimated arrival date and you have the option of canceling your order or wait until we can fill it. Rather than make you wait and wonder, we will contact you via phone, postal mail, E-mail, or pigeon to provide you with a status.

A quick word about the E-mails we might be sending to you. All orders are confirmed via E-mail. The same is true for notifications about shipping, payment and questions regarding your purchase. It has come to our attention that many of our customers have filters set to prevent spam messages to get into your mail box. If you do so, please keep in mind that it is quite possible that our E-mail to you might just end up in your delete box, depending on the filters you have set.

While we have taken best care in the preparation of our prices, we do make mistakes (I know hard to believe). At times we may get hit with an unexpected price increase by the manufacturer. We will never charge you more than our advertised price for an item without asking for your permission. In the event a price is incorrect in your favor, we simply adjust the price downward and ship your order.

All orders will be confirmed and validated to ensure that you get what you ordered. We will never ask you for your credit card information over the phone. Therefor, make sure when you complete the order form all information is correct.
