There are only a few rules.

1. We reserve the right to delete any message deemed inappropriate by us.

2. All classifieds must be related to wine, or spirits such as bourbon, whiskey and tequila.

3. Classifieds may also be for accessories, but please, no car engines, body parts or your soul.

4. We asked that in the event your item has been sold you post an appropriate message under your original post indicating so.

5. You must place an asking price with your add.

6. You must leave a valid E-mail address in your post.

Bay Country Liquors is not responsible for deals that have "gone bad". We therefore remind you to take appropriate cautions when dealing with a contact that has shown an interest in your item.

We also remind all sellers and buyers that you are responsible for knowing and abiding by the laws governing the sale and purchase of spirits, including wine in the state and country you are residing in. You should also review your states shipping laws.
