The Maryland Wine Festival

Carrol County Farm Museum

Twelve Maryland Wineries will be present for this 2-day event at the Museum showcasing and selling their wines. Nearly all of the wineries are within two hours of Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, Maryland.

Wine experts conduct educational seminars in the Museum's historic barn explaining the art of wine tasting.

More than 80 food and craft vendors will be on the property selling wine-related crafts and memorabilia.

Admission fee is $20 for individuals 21 years of age and older. Identification will be required. Those under 21 will be admitted for free if accompanied by a paying adult. The admission fee entitles those of legal drinking age to a 2003 festival glass and twelve one ounce samples of Maryland wines. Parking is free at the Carroll Community College, on route 32, with handicapped accessibility.

Pets are not allowed.
